Samsung Launches Galaxy Note 4 In India At Rs 58,300 And It's Coming For The IPhone 6 Plus




Galaxy Alpha doesn't retain the flagship honours for long and as promised, we have Galaxy Note 4 among us, priced at a 'flagship affordable' (pun-intended) Rs 58,300 and what more, you can get the Note 4 in the country as soon as, end of this week.

Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 4 at the IFA Berlin 2014 last month and talked up the global availability of October 17 across 150 markets, including India. Galaxy Note 4 as you might be already familiar, sports a high quality 5.7 inch 2560x1440p Super AMOLED display with Corning Glass 3 protection and running on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat version out of box.

They've worked on improving the quality and standards of the new Note phablet and extensively looked at improving the phone's imaging capability. And what you get in the end is a 16 MP rear snapper with OIS and LED flash and for the selfie enthusiasts, there's a 3.7 MP wide lens front camera.

While the Note 4 comes in two variants; Snapdragon 805 and Samsung's own Exynos 5433 octa-core chipset (1.9 GHZ quad-core and 1.3 GHz quad-core combined) and much to our surprise, India gets the former i.e. 2.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 CPU, paired with 3 GB RAM. On the storage front, you'll get 32 GB innards, expandable up to 128 GB via microSD. In addition to that, Note 4 comes packed with goodies; Fingerprint sensor, hear-rate monitor just like the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Alpha and last but not the least, an improved S Pen to along with the phablet. 

Topping all this of, Note 4 comes loaded with a 3220 mAh battery and available multiple colour variants. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be competing with the iPhone 6 Plus in the country and priced at Rs 58,300 goes on shelves in the country from October 17 onwards.
